Breast Lift / Reduction

Breast sagging is an undesirable appearance for every woman. It can be a result of massive weight loss, breast feeding or even simply aging. Sagging breast will loss the fullness above the level of the nipple and sometimes loss the volume of the entire breast. The entire breast can be tightened and the fullness can be restored to the level above the nipple by breast lifting. If you would like to enhance your overall breast size, the implant can be placed via the breast lift incision.

Breast lifting can be done via an incision around the nipple alone, an incision around the nipple + a vertical incision (lollipop type incision), and an incision around the nipple+ vertical incision+ incision along the fold under the breast (anchor type incision). I can give you the idea of what incision best suit you during the consultation based on your condition and your expectation. If you live abroad, you can send the photos of your chest area in front and side view along with your expectation to my email. I will then evaluate the photos and send back my preliminary plan based on your personal information.

The procedure will be done under general anesthesia. You will be admitted overnight after the surgery to make sure you recover well from the surgery. I will then see you at 7-10 days after the surgery for the follow-up visit. If you come from overseas, you should plan to stay in Thailand at least 7-10 days after the surgery. For a smoker, please make sure to stop smoking at least 4 weeks before and 4 weeks after the surgery.
